Responsibilities: The Referral Specialist at Lifedoc will have the responsibility of providing all Lifedoc customers/patients with exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service experience. The Referral Specialist is responsible for coordinating the specialty clinics by managing the waiting lists, scheduling the patients, and working on follow-up items after the clinic visits take place. The Referral Specialist works closely with clinicians, medical assistants, and other operational staff.
